Description PN: TEA-GML922-CUSTOM Big Bore GM LS Engines Stage 2 Porting Our stage 2 program takes our stage 1 port design to the next level and also adds a new redesigned fully cnc-machined combustion chamber. We take the already good factory heads and incorporate our CNC port program and custom 5 angle valve job to make a very good factory head perform great. We also include our dual .650″ lift spring with titanium retainers for outstanding reliability and performance with most any cams and mill to chambers to fit customer’s application. Basic Package includes- Full CNC ported 287cc intake and 95cc exhaust ports Custom 5 angle valve job Hand finishing of Valve job into Porting Flow test with included sheet Standard 72cc CNC Chamber Blueprint ground intake and exhaust valves with necessary backcuts Deck surface finished with CBN cutter for ultimate surface finish Blueprint assembly in which all spring heights and pressures are checked Head will fit 4.00″ bore but will require 4.125″ gasket. Optional spring or aftermarket valve packages available.
